Breadth of direct mail partners. Since we have been around the longest, you can be sure that we have a wide variety of mail shops that can handle nearly every project imaginable, located all over the United States.
Job matching capabilities. Every mail and print vendor of ours fills out a comprehensive questionnaire about the types and sizes of jobs they handle. So if you have a very small or very large project, your Request For Quote will only be sent to shops that regularly deal with jobs of that quantity. And if you have special processing needs, that too will be matched to our vendors best capable to handle the project.
We specialize in this. Many of our competitors are just “bidding sites” for hundreds of services. At DMQ, this is the only bidding service we handle, so we can do it better. This service is designed to be an easy way for you to get multiple bids on your direct mail projects. Instead of spending countless hours calling shops or searching among websites, you can simply fill out our easy Request For Quote form and have your job specs sent to direct mail and print shops for bidding And since we pre-screen our participating vendors, you could be assured you’ll only deal with reputable companies that can handle your project.
We use a combination of factors to match your project with mailers and printers that are best suited to handle it. All our participating vendors give information about themselves on the types and sizes of jobs they can process efficiently. That way when an RFQ comes in, we know which companies should see it. Also, geography can play a role in determining RFQ distribution. We would rather send your RFQ to a local shop that can handle the project, rather than one across the country.
This will change depending on your job specs, but we only allow a maximum of six direct mail providers the opportunity to bid upon your project. And on average, you will get three to four bids for your RFQ.
We understand that you may be currently working with a mail shop that you are unhappy with. That is why we allow you to specifically remove a current vendor from the distribution of your RFQ. When filling out the specs of your job, there will be a specific question that addresses this situation.
There is a section in the RFQ where you can indicate when the job will be ready. If you select “ASAP – please send quote immediately”, you will usually see your first quote within the hour, and sometimes just minutes after you submit your RFQ.
We recommend NOT filling out the RFQ unless you have a job and are seriously considering using this service to find a direct mail provider. Our mailer and printers spend a great deal of time calculating their quotes, e-mailing and calling with questions about job specifics and following up on each job. We do not wish to cause our participating vendors an undue amount of work unless there is a reasonable chance they will be awarded the direct mail project.

We collect contact information and provide it to our direct mail vendors for the sole purpose of providing you with quotes on your direct mail project(s). For no other reason will your contact information ever be distributed.
On rare occasions we may send you an e-mail, such as to ask for feedback on our service. In these cases, we will always provide instructions on how to be removed from our e-mail list permanently.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

DirectMailQuotes.com offers a service that allows you to submit Request For Quotes (RFQs) to multiple suppliers. Your contact information is sent to the suppliers so that they can reach you with questions or send you a bid on your project. A maximum of six suppliers are given your contact information. We are not suppliers ourselves and are not part of the transaction between you and the supplier. By using this service, you acknowledge that these suppliers can contact you regarding your RFQ(s). These contacts are necessary to provide a quote that is accurate.
While we always work to send RFQs that meet the minimum criteria (accurate contact information, all required questions answered) to our suppliers, there is no guarantee that suppliers will quote your project. We seek to enlist only the highest quality suppliers, though we do not guarantee the quality or the credentials of the suppliers who receive and respond to your RFQ. As MH is simply a conduit for matching buyers with suppliers, we are not responsible for any transaction that may occur between you and/or your company and a MH participating supplier. MH does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the information provided or the products and services sold. You should exercise as much caution as you would typically exercise with any purchase of products or services.
Fulfillment of service is between you, a buyer, and one or more of our service providers. MH has no involvement or responsibility in the fulfillment of service. Should you have a dispute with any supplier, you must address such dispute with the supplier directly. You hereby agree to release MH (and our employees and agents) from any and all damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your transactions with suppliers.
